Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination 2006 (HSEE-2006)

IIT Madras is offering Five Year Integrated Masters Programme leading to MA degrees in 3 disciplines, viz, Development Studies, Economics and English Studies from July 2006. Students with 10+2 qualification and desirous to apply for the above programme are requested to see our advertisement for further details the The Hindu and the New Indian Express dated 14-01-2006 and in The Hindustan Times dated 15-01-2006 or visit our Website http/hsee.iitm.ac.in.

The completed application forms should reach the IIT Madras on or before 20-03-2006

Admission Mode and Intake

Admission is solely through Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE). The programme has a total of 30 seats in all the three disciplines put together. Each discipline will have a total of 10 seats. Allocation of seats to individual disciplines will be made at the end of the third semester, based on the student’s preference, performance and availability of seats under each discipline.
